Opportunities in Work Clothes

American Industrialist and Shipbuilder Henry J. Kaiser once said “Problems are only opportunities in work clothes.”  We like to think that Henry was right.

Problems present themselves everyday.  Most problems need to be addressed and remedied.  Unfortunately, the activity of identifying the root cause of the problem so that appropriate action can be taken is generally quite weak in most operations we have visited.  Our quest is to help develop a “better mousetrap” for problem solving.  This blog is one of the ways we hope to encourage discussion and hopefully bring some insight to this issue plaguing most organizations.
